November 2014
An official of the Federal Housing Finance Agency was found not guilty of two counts of threats to do harm to the agency's former Director.  The case was tried by Marlon Griffith in the District of Columbia Superior Court.

After 26 years of service a federal employee avoids termination after Judith Wheat convinced the Agency to mitigate the penalty to 2 weeks suspension without pay.

Domestic assault charges dismissed after presentation of the prosecution's case in District of Columbia Superior Court.  The case was tried by Marlon Griffith.
